Cancellation Policy
I require 24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules, anything under 24 hours will be charged 50% of their service fee.
Upon specific circumstances if I feel necessary I will wave the fee. I value everyone’s time including my own, so please be respectful of that.
In the circumstance of a "No Call, No Show" you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, it is up to the providers discretion if they can still take you. If they can not, your appointment will be cancelled and a 50% deposit will need to be made to reschedule your appointment.
